Casa Herreria - Caldas De Reis

Beautifully decorated rooms with comfortable bedding.

Despite complaining, I was not offered a refund or any alternative solution. I felt that the price was too high given the noise disturbance during my rest.

This perfect hotel was fairly clean. The staff, everyone, was very friendly. Nice location in the center of the town, all was lovely. We appreciated the local cuisine in the restaurant. It was an enjoyable experience.

I came here for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. The staff was ready to assist, really helpful and amicable people. Enjoyed the location to the clinic which was appreciated. Moreover, it's next to the centre of Caldas de Reis and the center of the town.

The stay was fantastic, and the outdoor area really helped me relax after a long day on the Camino. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a much-needed rest. Having a coffee and drinks available was a nice touch, and I appreciated the ease of being able to stroll to nearby sites like the beautiful Roman Bridge. This place.

Exceptionally comfortable bed in economy twin room with central heating, multi-channel television, and an electronic key card. Clean bathroom, amicable staff. Nice, marvellous location right on the Camino.

The pillows were terrible, as if they were from a bargain bin, and my room was far too noisy with all the guest chatter outside. Considering the price, I expected a complimentary gesture or at least a warm welcome. I almost considered giving a good review, but the truth is I just couldn't!

Staying here was good as I could easily stroll to beautiful sites like the Roman Bridge and the fine Carballeira de Caldas de Reis. The owner also.

Staying at casa herreria was a wonderful experience. The spacious superior twin room was beautifully decorated, and the location is perfectly situated right on the camino. What really stood out was how the owner, fernando, offered really good hospitality. He even drove me to a medical clinic when I got hurt, so much to me.

The warm hospitality makes this place special, especially with the owner's willingness to help with any issues, offering personal support when needed. The beautifully maintained garden and pool area provide a fine backdrop for relaxation after a long day. While it was a peaceful stay overall, the lack of storage space in the room was a minor inconvenience, and the bathroom could use some more amenities. The availability of great coffee and a selection of drinks was a good touch.

Great saltwater pool post-Camino. Wi-Fi was spotty, but lovely sun loungers available.

Casa Herreria is a fantastic gem right on The Camino! The room was clean, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the garden and pool. The outdoor saltwater pool was a good spot to unwind after a long day walking, and Fernando's hospitality was really good. Complimentary tea, coffee, and beverages. The location is perfect for accessing local dining options and nearby attractions.

The outdoor saltwater pool was a refreshing delight after a long day of walking, and the cozy garden area provided a perfect spot for relaxation (we loved the sun loungers!). Breakfast was wonderfully varied and delicious, catering to all tastes.

Clean room, beautiful patio, where I enjoyed free coffee and relaxed by the saltwater pool after my explorations around the nearby Roman Bridge. The location was conveniently close to major attractions and just 52 km from the nearest airport.
